COMPANY INFORMATION
The following information, with the exception of the your name, will be coded onto the MICROPAS
disk before it is shipped. This information will be printed on each report generated by MICROPAS. Please enter
no more than 32 characters per line and make sure each line is exactly as you would like it printed on the reports
(see our sample reports section).
